When you arrive for your appointment, the friendly face that welcomes you is Ms. Dale Jurasz.

Dale is a sweet and kind addition to Lincoln Foot and Ankle Center. She brings years of experience in customer service. She has worked at both Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center and a busy radiology center on the Northside. Dale’s job is to make sure every patient is welcomed, that all information is entered accurately, and that your appointment goes smoothly.

Dale brings warmth and joy to Lincoln Foot and Ankle Center and can be depended on to make you feel welcome in our practice. She is a Northcenter local for 40 years and loves to chat with patients about her passion for music and animals.
